Dear Partner of Rudolf GmbH, On 01.09.2009 ECHA has published on its website a new list with 15 potential SVHC-substances (= Substances of Very High Concern).

Comments on the list by interested parties were possible until the 15.10.2009. After the conclusion of the public consultation phase the EC-commission of the member states has decided that as of 13 January 2010 the following 14 substances shall be included into the new candidate list for the authorisation process of the SVHC-substances according to Article 59 No. 1 of the REACH Regulation.
