SOFT HANDLE

<A soft handle is the prerequisite for wearability, which is accompanied by hydrophilic properties and the degree of whiteness. The emulsion of PERRUSTOL TOP 500 imparts a very pleasant hydrophilic surface handle, especially in the exhaust method.

HYDROPHILIC PROPERTIES

<The existing hydrophilic properties are not affected. The fabric remains absorbant and decisively contributes to wearability.

DEGREE OF WHITENESS

<The high resistance to yellowing of PERRUSTOL TOP 500 ensures a high degree of whiteness up to drying temperatures of ca. 150° C.

Application

SPRAY METHOD

<Flexible finishes are possible in pad processes or by spraying in contact-free minimum-liquor applications (WEKO-rotor moistening).

SANFORISING

<PERRUSTOL TOP 500 can be used on knitwear or wovens made from natural or synthetic fibres. Due to the high rewettability, it is perfectly suitable as a rewetting sanforising auxiliary.

LOW-FOAMING

<Due to the low-foaming properties of PERRUSTOL TOP 500, the application in machines with high liquor turbulence, eg jet dyeing machines, is possible.
